BIOGRAPHY
Born in Budapest, the soprano began her musical studies at the Kodály Zoltán Hungarian Choir School, where she learned piano and flute. She started singing solo at the age of 19 as a student of Judit Adrigán, and continued her studies at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest, where she graduated with honours in the class of Júlia Pászthy and Gábor Alszászy.
She was awarded an Erasmus scholarship to spend a year at the Musikhochschule Stuttgart, where she studied voice under Prof. Fransisco Araiza.
During her years at the Academy she had the opportunity to perform in several operatic roles, including the role of Donna Elvira in Mozart’s opera Don Giovanni at the Crescendo Summer Academy.
In 2013, she made her debut at the Hungarian State Opera House as Countess Ceprano in Verdi’s Rigoletto. Since then, she has performed numerous operatic roles in Hungary and abroad. She is a regular guest at music festivals and concert halls such as Vígadó Budapest, Müpa Budapest, Franz Liszt Academy of Music (Budapest, Hungary), Arad Philharmonic (Romania), Miskolc National Theatre (Miskolc, Hungary).
Her repertoire is characterised by diversity, often performing Mozart’s oratorios and operas, but she is also at home in the Baroque and Romantic repertoire, as well as the classical repertoire.
She has performed with renowned conductors such as Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi, János Cziffra, János Kovács, Gergely Kesselyák, Éva Kollár and Ferenc Sapszon, among others.
